Last week, ten students began their monthly visits to the Barber National Institute to work with the students there! The first visit was for their Valentine’s Day dance, where students with the high school students got to participate in a “getting to know you” activity followed by a dance. Students with the younger students were able to do a craft and play bingo. We’re looking forward to our visit in March and we’re grateful to the Barber Center for this opportunity! #Prep #Community

Today, our school community united with the church throughout the world to begin the holy season of Lent. Fr. Jason reminded us that we have three invitations from our Lord: prayer, fasting, and almsgiving. The invitations allow us to know him and one another anew. During Mass, all had the opportunity to receive ashes on their forehead to remind us of the penance we undertake. A blessed Lenten season to you! #Prep #Lent ✝
