AFJROTC cadets had the opportunity to visit Robert Morris University today for an outstanding college and career exploration experience!

Cadets explored academic pathways in nursing, engineering, and fine arts, speaking directly with faculty and students about what it takes to succeed in each field. They also learned about leadership development and scholarship opportunities through Army ROTC, gaining valuable insight into how military service can help fund a college education.

Experiences like this expand horizons, build goals, and connect classroom learning to real-world opportunities. We are proud of our cadets for representing our program with professionalism and enthusiasm! #Prep

We are incredibly proud to share that Charbel Moubarak ’28 earned first place in the Microbiology category at the Pennsylvania Junior Academy of Science (PJAS) competition!

As a dedicated MedPath student, he exemplifies the curiosity, discipline, and academic excellence that define our program. Competing against talented young scientists from across the state, he presented original research in microbiology and impressed judges with both his scientific understanding and professionalism.

PJAS is a prestigious statewide competition that challenges students in grades 7–12 to conduct independent scientific research and defend their findings before expert judges, a great accomplishment at any level.

His hard work, perseverance, and passion for science truly paid off. We can’t wait to see where his talents take him next. Join us in celebrating this outstanding achievement! #Prep #MedPath #PJAS 🔬

Faculty at Prep and Mother Teresa Academy had the opportunity to be on retreat together last Friday for moments of recharge. Led by Dr. Tim Hogan, psychologist/author/teacher, faculty and staff members had the opportunity to reflect on relationships through conversation and moments of reflection. The retreat helped dive further into our school year theme of “Be the Light,” and culminated in Mass with Fr. Ben as the celebrant. A special thank you to Gannon for use of their facilities and to the Catholic Foundation of Northwest PA who helped with sponsoring our presenter for the day. #Prep #MTA #Family
