Last Thursday, AFJROTC cadets travelled to Meadville Airport to fly with the Civil Air Patrol. Each cadet had 45 minutes of flight time, and one cadet on each of the four flights got the chance to pilot the aircraft for about 20 minutes. It was a great day to see the fall foliage, and an awesome introduction to flight for the motivated AFJROTC cadets! #Prep ✈

The Cathedral Prep Dance program recently hosted Dr. Christina Brown, a physical therapist from NovaCare in Erie, PA, for an informative and engaging workshop on dance and injury prevention. Dr. Brown, who specializes in physical therapy for dancers and athletes, shared valuable insights on how to stay healthy and avoid common dance injuries. She discussed the importance of proper warm-up techniques, alignment, and body mechanics, while also addressing the role of physical therapy in recovery. In addition to her presentation, Dr. Brown led students through a series of exercises designed to strengthen key muscle groups and improve flexibility, helping to reduce the risk of injury. This hands-on experience gave CP Dance students practical tools to integrate into their daily training, promoting long-term physical health. We are grateful for Dr. Brown’s expertise and commitment to helping our dancers stay strong and injury-free! #Prep #Dance
