The 14th edition of Mr. Bhatti's "Shark Tank" competition was held earlier today in the H. David Bowes Auditorium. Students presented their products and services to a panel of local entrepreneurs, alumni and business owners. The competition is based off the hit TV show "Shark Tank.” Panelists included President Kevin Smith, Nick Scott (Scott Enterprises), Bridget Glowacki Shames ‘98VMA (Glowacki Management Co.), Owen McCormick (Joseph McCormick Construction Co., Inc.), Nadine Leach (Handle With Care Childcare), Debbie Zatkiewicz Uht ‘82VMA (PCMSI) and Doug Massey (Erie County Community College EC3). Our aspiring entrepreneurs pitched their ideas which included a landscaping company, T-shirt companies, exotic iPhone cases, golf ball tracker and app, Apple pencil case, protein powder company, and athletic cleat tracker and app! This year’s edition had a bit of a twist, with the panelists critiquing each presentation and awarding the top three with prizes. Congratulations to the following presentations on their award-winning presentations:
