–On Monday, May 13, four Cathedral Prep seniors received their checks for an Army ROTC 3-Year Advance Designee scholarship, a merit-based program that provides financial assistance to college students who are seeking to commission as an officer in the United States Army. This highly competitive scholarship covers the cost of tuition, fees, books, and other educational expenses for three years of college.

Grace Barrett ’24 will be attending Robert Morris University.

Evan Calvert ’24 will be attending Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Twin brothers Alex ’24 and Brayden ’24 Little will be attending Gannon University.

About 3,000 of these scholarships awarded each year, and candidates are selected based on College Board scores, academics, athletics, and leadership.
