The Cathedral Prep Theatre program presented “Peter and the Starcatcher” this past weekend! The cast and crew of 40 students, along with the production team, worked very hard to bring this prequel of the Peter Pan story to the stage. Audiences were entertained all weekend by the comedy, storyline, and creative use of stagecraft involved in this production. The cast was led by Connor Clark ’25 (Boy/Peter), J.P. Mizner ’25 (Black Stache), Lauren Proper ’26 (Molly Aster), Roman Luniewski ’26 (Smee), Riley Hanlon ’26 (Prentiss), Liam Gutowski ’27 (Lord Aster), and Aidan Hanlon ’27 (Ted). The action takes place on board two ships, The Wasp and The Neverland, and on Mollusk Island, the home of Fighting Prawn (Waldemar Reyes ’26), his son Hawking Clam (Caden Clark ’26), and Mr. Grin, the crocodile. The show included piano accompaniment and percussion, plus lots and lots of special sound effects and lighting effects that added to the charm of this beloved story. 🎭
