Last Friday, December 8, Executive Officer of Recruiting Captain Nicholas Palermo presented Cathedral Prep AFJROTC Cadet Brayden Little ’24 with a $180,000 Navy ROTC scholarship. Brayden was selected as one of 20 scholarship recipients selected out of 79 applicants from the 13 states from the Midwest and Northeastern regions of the United States. He distinguished himself as one of the most highly qualified and well-rounded individuals that applied for the scholarship. The scholarship took into account SAT scores, current physical fitness evaluated by the Marine Corps Physical Fitness test (max set of pull-ups, timed plank, and a three-mile run), community involvement, academic prowess, athletic involvement, and leadership capabilities both demonstrated and currently or previously held.  Congratulations, Brayden!!
