April 2025 – Notification of Financial Aid 

Families will be notified of their Diocesan Financial Aid Awards via mail and the Cathedral Prep Financial Aid Awards via email. 

April 21, 2025 – $100 Tuition Deposit Deadline 

Incoming freshmen should have their deposit submitted by this date. 

May 6 & 7, 2025 – Incoming Freshmen Scheduling Nights – 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. 

Students and parents come in on either night and prepare their 9th grade academic schedules which includes choosing electives and foreign language selections. Details and tentative schedules will be mailed to all accepted students in early spring. 

May 21, 2025 – Parent Orientation @ Cathedral Prep 

The Parent Orientation will be an informational session for parents which will cover academic expectations, uniform ordering, tuition payment options, and several other topics that will assist parents through the completion of the enrollment process.   

TBD – Freshmen Celebration

All Cathedral Prep incoming freshmen are invited to The Hagerty Family Events Center for an evening full of fun, games, food, music, and more.
